These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of geostrategygroup.com and getaiscored.com (the “Sites”), including all content, products, and services offered by GEO STRATEGY GROUP, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Sites, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Sites.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Sites or purchase our services. By using the Sites, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

2. Services and Digital Products

GEO STRATEGY GROUP, LLC offers AI visibility auditing, consulting, and optimization services, including digital report products delivered electronically. Specific deliverables, timelines, and scope are described on the applicable checkout or service page at the time of purchase.

3. Payments

All purchases are processed through our integrated third-party payment gateway (Stripe). By submitting payment information, you authorize GEO STRATEGY GROUP, LLC to charge the stated amount. All prices are listed in U.S. dollars.

4. Delivery Policy

Digital products, including AI Visibility Audit reports, are delivered electronically to the email address provided at checkout. Standard delivery is within 48 business hours of confirmed payment. “Business hours” means Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM Mountain Time, excluding U.S. federal holidays.

5. Refund and Money-Back Guarantee

48-Hour Delivery Guarantee: If your AI Visibility Audit report is not delivered within 48 business hours of confirmed payment, you are entitled to a full refund upon request. To request a refund under this guarantee, contact us at [email protected] within 7 calendar days of your purchase date, referencing your order confirmation.

All other sales are final. We do not offer refunds for digital products or services that have been delivered, except as expressly stated above or as required by applicable law. If you believe there is an error or significant deficiency in a delivered report, please contact us and we will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Sites, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of GEO STRATEGY GROUP, LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Reports and deliverables purchased by clients are licensed for the client’s internal business use only. You may not resell, redistribute, or publish any deliverable without our express written consent.

7. Automated Communications

By submitting your contact information through any form on the Sites, you explicitly agree to receive automated email and SMS communications from us related to your inquiry, purchase, appointment, or marketing updates, subject to your consent elections on the applicable form. You may opt out at any time as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Appointment Scheduling

Our Sites use GoHighLevel-powered scheduling tools. You are responsible for ensuring your availability matches your selected time slot. We reserve the right to cancel, reschedule, or decline any appointment at our sole discretion. We will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of any changes.

9. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

•       Use the Sites for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law

•       Introduce viruses, malicious code, or any technology that may harm the Sites

•       Use automated scripts, bots, scrapers, or spiders to harvest data from the Sites

•       Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity

•       Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Sites

•       Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Sites or related systems

10. Third-Party Links and Services

The Sites may contain links to third-party websites or integrate third-party services. We do not control these third parties and are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or terms. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SITES AND ALL CONTENT, PRODUCTS, AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. GEO STRATEGY GROUP, LLC DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GEO STRATEGY GROUP, LLC, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SITES OR SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING UNDER THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

13. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless GEO STRATEGY GROUP, LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your use of the Sites, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Colorado, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in such courts. Before initiating any legal action, you agree to contact us in good faith to attempt to resolve the dispute informally.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining Terms remain in full force and effect.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Risks & Disclosures, constitute the entire agreement between you and GEO STRATEGY GROUP, LLC regarding your use of the Sites and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on the Sites. All changes are effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Sites after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
