1. Nature of Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) Services

GeoStrategy Group ("the Company") provides consulting, optimization, and strategy services designed to increase the likelihood that a client’s brand, products, or services are cited, referenced, or recommended by generative Artificial Intelligence (AI) platforms and search engines (such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Claude, and others).

You acknowledge and agree that GEO is an emerging, highly volatile, and non-standardized field. Strategies are built upon current industry research, observation, and reverse-engineering of third-party algorithmic behaviors.

2. No Guarantee of Specific Results or AI Rankings

While the Company utilizes industry-leading practices to optimize your digital footprint, GeoStrategy Group explicitly disclaims any guarantee, warranty, or promise regarding specific outcomes, rankings, or mentions.

Unlike traditional search engines, generative AI engines formulate responses dynamically based on proprietary algorithms, machine learning weights, user context, and probabilistic modeling. Therefore:

We do not guarantee that your business will be recommended by any specific AI platform.

We do not guarantee a specific volume of traffic, leads, conversions, or revenue resulting from our services.

A recommendation that appears during a test or initial audit may not appear consistently for all users or across all versions of an AI model.

3. Third-Party Algorithmic Volatility and Algorithm Updates

The AI platforms targeted by our GEO services are owned and operated by independent third-party entities (e.g., OpenAI, Google, Anthropic, Microsoft) that are completely unaffiliated with GeoStrategy Group.

These entities frequently update, patch, retrain, and completely overhaul their Large Language Models (LLMs) and search algorithms without prior notice.

An architectural change or retraining cycle by a third-party AI provider can completely alter how data is synthesized, which may instantly eliminate or reduce a previously successful GEO ranking.

The Company is not responsible for drops in visibility, algorithmic penalties, or indexing exclusions caused by updates made by these third-party platforms.

4. Risk of "AI Hallucinations" and Citation Inaccuracies

Generative AI models are known to occasionally produce "hallucinations" (generating false, misleading, or incorrect information) or misattribute citations.

You acknowledge that even if the Company successfully optimizes your data to be ingested by an AI model, the AI engine may still present your information inaccurately, bundle it with competitors incorrectly, or attribute your intellectual property to another source.

The Company has zero control over how an LLM structures its final natural-language output and bears no liability for defamatory, incorrect, or unfavorable summaries generated about your business by third-party AI engines.

5. Reliance on Client Data and Public Web Scraping

Our GEO strategies rely heavily on the accuracy of the information you provide us and the accessibility of your public web assets. AI models train on scraped public data. If your website blocks AI crawlers via its robots.txt file, or if your schema markup is broken by your hosting environment (including GoHighLevel or third-party plugins), the effectiveness of our GEO services will be severely diminished.

6. Limitation of Liability Specific to GEO

IN NO EVENT SHALL GEOSTRATEGY GROUP BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, LOSS OF PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR LOSS OF BRAND REPUTATION) ARISING OUT OF CHANGES IN AI ENGINE POLICIES, MODEL RETRAINING, DECLINES IN AI CITATIONS, OR THE COMPLETE DEPRECATION OF A TARGET SEARCH SYSTEM.
